Everyone who reaches out to Wtlelectric Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to share a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Wtlelectric Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or speak for a provider.
Send an email to contact@wtlelectric.quest with these details:
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another place to turn.
